Specific Rauvinwatch Keep Laws

Rauvinwatch Keep:

Ruling Authority – Titus Sternjaw, head of the Council of Commons

Exceptions to General Laws:

1.    Blasphemy against Ilmater or Helm is something that possibly would result in charges, but probably not in a conviction, unless the offender was particularly obnoxious.

2.   “Defacing or Befouling Public Property” is included as a minor offense within the town limits (a specific example of “Improper Behavior”).  This is used against inebriated patrons of the Last Chance Inn and Tavern (a notorious brothel) who might stumble out after a visit and either urinate in public or leave bottles and such lying about.  The town may have to accept the Last Chance, but they don’t like it much.

3.   “Performing Black Magic”, especially the summoning of undead, is viewed and dealt with very harshly in Rauvinwatch, due to the recent problems in the graveyard.

4.   Due to the influence of Helm, offenses under the categories of “Failure to Comply”, “False Testimony”, “Public Nudity” and “Improper Behavior” are dealt with more strictly than in other towns in the Marches.
